These are certified organic, naturally smoked almonds. Ingredients: raw almonds, olive oil, sea salt. I roast-smoke them at 280 degrees for 3 hours using almond wood. To prepare the nuts I use powdered sea salt mixed with a small amount of organic olive oil. Next I mix this solution with whole-raw almonds. Conventional smoked almonds use a liquid smoke solution with additives most of us can't pronounce.
This product is processed in a peanut free environment.
